Services Description

Movetendon provides professional printing services including but not limited to business cards, letterheads, envelopes, brochures, and other printed materials. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are displayed in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Order confirmations will be sent via email

Design Files and Content

When submitting design files or content:

• You must own or have proper authorization to use all submitted materials
• You are responsible for ensuring files meet our technical specifications
• We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect file formats or specifications
• You grant us permission to use submitted materials solely for production purposes
• We reserve the right to refuse to print content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights

Proofs and Approvals

Digital proofs may be provided for your review before printing. Once you approve a proof, you are responsible for any errors. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and delays.

Delivery

Delivery terms:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses
• Additional charges may apply for express or special delivery options

Quality and Returns

We strive for high-quality printing. If you receive defective products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review each case individually and may offer reprints or refunds at our discretion. Custom or personalized items may not be returnable.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Movetendon or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Movetendon from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Consumer Rights (Netherlands)

If you are a consumer residing in the Netherlands, you are protected by Dutch consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days under certain conditions. For custom printing orders that have been produced according to your specifications, withdrawal rights may be limited as per Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Utrecht, Netherlands. For consumers, this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
